Although I have not used this cookbook yet, the recepies in it serve my purpose for purchasing it.

While the BP oil spill wreaks environmental havoc in the Gulf, one ripple effect of the disaster is being seen in seafood markets throughout MetroWest.
Many local seafood sellers are worried about rising prices as the oil leak continues to spread, threatening fisheries and seafood harvesting areas.
"The prices are going up," Alex Santos of Firehouse Seafood Inc. in Hudson said. "What can I do? I can't do anything about it."
"It's a disaster - there's no way around it," Jud Dulude of Captain Jud's Northborough Fish Market added. "It's going to make things tight."
